Situated across from a beautiful park in Culver City, this modern family home is defined by bold rooflines, expansive glazing, and a fluid connection to the outdoors. The layout thoughtfully supports a family of four, featuring four bedrooms-including a ground-floor suite for flexibility-and two additional structures: an accessory building and a junior ADU. Designed to make the most of its compact lot, the home incorporates large windows and doors that bring natural light deep into the interior while maintaining privacy and livability.

Open & Airy Living

A generous front-facing roof deck offers open views of the park and extends the living space for everyday use and entertaining. The result is a bright, efficient home that pairs clean modern design with the practical needs of urban family life.

Compact & Practical

We incorporated solutions for the practical needs of family life including a compact laundry, pantry, and a quiet reading nook with a view.
