Our licensed architects are creative, personable, and above all genuinely interested in your needs. We work with you to understand what you want to accomplish and the potential hurdles we may need to overcome. That’s how our architects create a personalized solution to your design problems and create spaces that work both aesthetically, functionally, and financially. Your initial design proposal will include design drawings and renderings that help with visualization of your new space. On occasion, this proposal will include multiple options to choose from. We want you to see all the possibilities and make an informed decision. There will be 2 to 3 meetings following this initial discussion to help perfect and finalize your design. Once finalized, our architect will work with the engineers and surveyors to produce a construction drawing set that will be submitted to the city for permitting.
